Memorial High School is a comprehensive high school offering courses that promote the development of a comprehensive delivery system that is customer-focused and client-based.

Through Business Professionals of America, the CareerTech student organizations affiliated with BMITE, students gain necessary skills to compete in the marketplace by accepting the responsibility of success and the challenge of learning. 

Career and Technical Education provides Memorial's students with the academic and technical skills, knowledge and training necessary to succeed in future careers and to become lifelong learners. 

Course Descriptions

Fundamentals of Technology

This course will provide students with the fundamental concepts, principles, and ideas needed to understand how business is operated and managed in a rapidly changing global environment, which is needed for success in business-related careers. This course also provides job readiness skills and soft skills that are critical for success in any workplace setting.

Multimedia and Image Management Techniques

Students will acquire fundamental skills in image creation and management procedures and techniques as they create, revise, optimize, and export graphics for video, print, and web publishing.

Desktop Publishing and Graphic Design

Students will acquire skills related to communicating through visual design with the primary emphasis of this course being desktop publishing and working with graphics.
