Major Felix Duncan

Retired Army Major with 20 years of active duty. Earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Business Management from Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas and a Master of Science in Public Administration from Troy State University (1989). Graduate of the Air Defense Artillery Officer Basic Course, Air Defense Officer Advanced Course, and Command and General Staff College. Taught in the senior Army ROTC program at Virginia State University (85-88). Past assignments include platoon leader, company executive officer, logistic officer, operations officer, assistant professor of military science, training officer, battery commander, assistant G-1, doctrine and tactics staff officer. Previously stationed in Fort Bliss, TX, Hontheim Germany, Uijonbu, Korea, Fort Leavenworth, KS, Fort Lee, VA, and Darmstadt, Germany, Deployed to Israel and Turkey during Desert Storm (1991) as a personnel officer. As the Senior Army Instructor (SAI), eighteen years experience teaching JROTC at Memorial High School. Previous work experience includes assistant librarian at Henderson State University and line supervisor/instructor for Michelin Tire Company Married to the former Annerose Schepper. Proud father of three sons: Justin, Erik, and Steven
